Small Faces is an open exhibition with a difference; every artwork submitted has been shown. Over 7,000 postcards adorn the Gallery and Foyer walls - a truly collective acto of creativity by artist and non-artists, community groups, charities, schools and colleges from across the local community and beyond. All artworks are shown together with equal vale.
The diversity of talent in this exhibition is extraordinary. The sheer number of works transform the gallery, a reflection of society in one space.
For this exhibition, I created those small portraits of people close to me (friends, colleges, housemates).
Coffee and blue pencil were the tools to made them.
